Astrid McNellis has almost 15 years of experience in managing global marketing and new product development in the medical device industry. Before that, she worked in a variety of organizations that ranged from one year old software development startups to 100 year old manufacturing organizations. Her expertise in managing large, multi-disciplinary, international teams, budgets, and deliverables while reporting to C-level executives has allowed her to consistently achieve targets previously believed to be unattainable. Her BS and MS degrees are both from MIT.
