Laura is the principal of LNM Partners, which provides advisory and consultancy services to startups and mid-stage companies. Services range from fundraising guidance and project management to developing and executing corporate, growth, marketing and sales strategies. She has a passion for connecting people, building and motivating teams, developing brands, and leveraging technology and data wherever possible. Laura has worked in advertising technology for the past decade and in finance for more than a decade, with experience and ability to effect change in both large enterprise organizations, as well as in startup environments.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and graduated from the executive program at the University of LaVerne with a Master’s in Business Administration. Laura lives with her husband and two children in Santa Barbara, which she has called home for more than 20 years.
